I have been a fully qualified teacher for 25 years and tutored for 20 years for students aged 5 to 16. After working in many settings, including mainstream and private schools in London, international schools in Europe and Asia, and special schools, I have now settled in Northamptonshire with my family.
I specialise in dyslexia, working with students needing extra literacy and numeracy support.
I work with students and their families to create bespoke, multi-sensory learning programs based on their strengths, difficulties, and interests to engage them in their learning and successfully support them in achieving their goals. I motivate and inspire pupils through various teaching methods, effective behaviour management strategies, high-quality, creative planning, up-to-date resources, and information technology with educational software to enhance their learning.
I provide consistent feedback and evaluate throughout the lesson to ensure the students are learning to their full potential.
I love seeing my students feel good about their learning and progress to their highest levels, whether it is learning basic skills in the early years or preparing for their exams and GCSEs,
I look forward to meeting you and to beginning the learning journey.
